The send button on the search toolbar is used for sending emails residing in the archive to a specified email address. Архива will try to preserve the original email headers as far as possible. After the emails have been sent, they should arrive in the inbox of the chosen email address.

 

Note To Administrators: This function requires that an SMTP client connection to the mail server is created. It is also requires, that the default SMTP client connector is defined in Configuration->General. If sending is not working as expected, please refer to SMTP Send Failed.
